Villani Patients Loyalty Rewards Program

Villani Medical offers Points as a part of our Loyalty Rewards Program. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all patients using Villani Medical Treatments and/or Products. There is no obligation on your part. The following is some information about the program:

What are the points good for?

Points can be redeemed for Virtual Dollars, which can be used for products and services at Participating Physicians. Every 1,000 Points is worth $1 Virtual Dollar.

How do I earn points?

New Patient of one of our Participating Physicians/First Professional Treatment: 10,000 points

First Professional Treatment with a physican referred by you to Villani Medical : 20,000 points

Existing Patients of one of our Participating Physicians/Each Treatment: 2,000 points

Gift Card Purchase: Points equal 20 times the gift certificate dollar amount. (For example, if you purchase a $100.00 gift card you will receive 2,000 points.)

Retail Purchase over $35: 2,000 points

Program Rules

All points are earned after check-out is completed.

Points received that day cannot be used toward a service the same day.

Points earned previous to check-out can be used at anytime.

Services paid with gift cards do not accumulate points.

Gift card points will not accumulate if the gift card is redeemed by the purchaser.

Points expire after 12 months.

Points are not accumulated on transactions using points as payment.

Points cannot be shared or distributed. Each patient accumulates points separately.

Virtual Dollars must be redeemed toward whole products or services and cannot be used for partial payments.

Virtual Dollars are not redeemable for cash.

The Points and Virtual Dollars system is subject to change.
